The Space:
Welcome to your 1268 square foot getaway paradise! This one story single family home is fully stocked for your next vacation.
PRIVATE POOL
The backyard has a private fenced in pool. It's salt water and is maintained weekly. The hot tub, unfortunately, is not operational or available for guests for the time being. There is also a back deck with overhead fan for warmer days and nights complete with propane gas grill. Mini bar setup, too, if you want to keep your gathering outdoors for the day!
GAME ROOM & BREEZEWAY
The breezeway to the pool also functions as a game room! We've got a pac-man gaming console and foosball for your enjoy. Relax in the oversized beanbag lounger, and read through our cocktail books to figure out what you'd like to make next. Yum.

King bed, mounted TV. Blackout curtains. Find extra pillows in the closet. Overhead fan.

BEDROOM 3
Queen bed. Overlooking the pool! Find extra pillows in the closet and plenty of hangers. Overhead fan.
BATHROOM ONE
There is a bathroom with walk-in shower located near the three back bedrooms. Rainfall style shower head and bidet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
BATHROOM TWO
The larger full bathroom is located off the kitchen and near the pool. Rainfall style shower head in massive walk in shower with bench. Bidet.
LIVING ROOM
The well appointed living room features a giant and super comfortable sectional with seating for 6. Enjoy all the apps on the 55" Smart TV with Apple TV setup. Movie night! Yes, please.
KITCHEN & DINING
Order in or cook a meal to enjoy around our large high top dining table with seating for 6. Open to both the living room and kitchen, the dining table serves as another hang out spot. Grab some of the games - JENGA, Uno, Monopoly Deal, Yahtzee, Poker, what's your flavor? - and let the fun begin. The kitchen itself is just off the dining room and is fully stocked for those who like cooking. Think pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowls, spices, coffee, and tea. We've thought of it all. Dishwasher.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private backyard patio and pool area. Please note that our pool and garden maintenance staff will be on-site once a week for pool and plant care. (NOTE: The garage is not for guest use.) Currently the Hot tub is unavailable to guests, we apologize and hope to have it operational soon!
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet and charming residential neighborhood. While there are a few restaurants within walking distance, a car is recommended to make the most of your time in St. Pete.
Getting Around:
18 minutes to St Pete airport, 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport. Easy and affordable Lyft and Ubers for those without cars. For those with cars, we have parking for 2-4 vehicles in the driveway. Beaches are 25-30 minutes west. 15 minutes to downtown St Pete, 20-30 minutes to downtown Tampa depending on traffic. Winn Dixie, Target, Publix all within 5 minutes. 7 minutes to Trader Joes.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to animals this home may not be a good fit for you.
We do charge a pet fee of $30/night / pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $150/week / pet and $300/month / pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
There is a propane gas grill. We do not supply propane, but you are welcome to pick up a tank and leave what you don’t use for a future guest. After using the grill, please clean it in order to avoid additional cleaning fees.
